They are actually spending double that. They are giving him a crap load of money and giving 50+ to the Japanes team as a trade. But they do it a little different than the Yanks, they wont look til he is 40.

East coast where Tom? I’m on the east coast. As a matter of fact, I can drive 1 mile west of the homestead and have my toes in the Gulf of Mexico.

Umm… if you’re on the East coast, and one mile gets your tootsies into the gulf waters, you must be waaayyy down at the bottom?My folks snowbird in Cape Canaveral. About 1000 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. We took my son to see a Shuttle lift off when he was seven, or so. Went out on that causeway. Marvelous.
He and my daughter have now seen night shots, day shots, and shuttle launches. I still get shivers.
