    Dan,

    You and I discussed this issue at length a couple of years ago and it appeared to me to be related to moisture presence and/or expansion. If I remember correctly, you also said that it has happened with both steel and fiberglas rodding materials.

    I think at the time you switched to an vinyl ester based product for embedding the rods-has that improved or eliminated the failures?

    We are currently working on a new product for this application and I can add you to the list of beta testers if you’re interested.

    PUT THE RODS IN AND LET THEM DRY , THEN CUT THE SINK OUT………..CNC OR BY HAND…..ROD FIRST
