Re planing and seaming.I have good luck planing Corian using my spoilboard bit. 4″ dia, 3 inserts,12,000 rpm, About 170 ipm. There can be a slight chipout at the edges and if i need a sharp edge I climb mill around the perimeter.

I get seam quality edges with a 1/4 in bit @250 ipm,1 pass, sheet good side down, on a Multicam 5000 series machine This cut can have a slight taper to it but it’s toward the under side of the finished top and it’s only about .003. If I need to machine a seam and the part is good side up I just leave about .02 onion and take .005 on the perimeter when I remove the onion.
