    Those colors and patterns are always a ticking time bomb. You just don’t know what you’re going to be left with at the end. It usually works out fine because you are more particular than the customer.

    At least the color is the same.

    When you separate them, can you tell the pattern goes in a different direction?

    just finished “terni” in a kitchen.  I have the opportunity to run the grain all the same direction and only one end joint where there is a timber post so the seam is short.
