Done all of my cove using the pre fab method , just run tape along the glue line and remove excess with a scraper before it gets hard,
I like to glue it in just proud of the top and later remove with a little sanding . All the prep work must be on point to achieve a good result.
I was just looking at a video from a company in England that has a similiar router . slingers1858.co.uk.
