I would like to know what other people are doing to treat the water in there shops to increase lubrication on there cnc and also prevent rust. Also we use a settling aid to help pull the solids out of the water. I use Stone Grind 215 by Ferro and FLOC-A2080 also from Ferro. I run a Prussiani cnc and a Marmo Mec edge polisher. The price of our additives are killing our profits. Does anyone have a differnt source?
