We’re looking to backlight a Corian top w/6″ tall aprons like what’s published in the new Corian brochure and Corian website.  Has anyone done this?  If so, what lighting did you use?

Done it a few times and used light tape for them.  Worked real well and the company makes it any size or shape you need.  Here is the link.

That “Lightape” is really cool but too expensive for our application. LED’s seem to be the inexpensive answer, but they can emit bright spots unless the lights are installed a few inches away from the c-top.
