    Thanks Len, I loved that.  Especially the background noise during some parts.  You know, that clank, tinkle and clink sound?  The music of rummaging through a box of miscellaneous old tools.

    There ARE some jobs that can’t be shipped off to China…don’t bother calling a service plumber in Beijing, or a solid surface fabricator in Bangladesh. ;^)

    Tools are a representation of the fact that at the core, skilled labor is valuable, and as the Bible says, “In all labor there is profit.”  Profit of more than one variety.

    That is one great thing about service jobs. Bad thing is you can’t make much more than an hourly wage.

    Love the tools. Be fun to shop around his place.
