Karl, how is a 325 million dollar fine suppose to deter anyone if they are making billions on the scam. Without adding jail time, and a substantial amount of it, it’s just the cost of doing business, if you can call it that.

I grew up with the son of a guy that used to do subprime lending. He brought in 9 million in revenue and would get fined about 6 million. He could care less because he knew he was going to get fined but they never pulled his license.
