I think this is the next thing that is being put in our paths.

3 acres. Owned by a Preacher. Bought as an investment and been for sale for 5 years. The entire time his Wife has been telling him he is not supposed to sell it.

On City water/Sewer but has it’s own deep well/septic tank. If we could get off the City water we could save $500/month.

    12 “Units”. (5) 2 bedroom (7) 1 bedroom

We can use it rent free.

A controlled Christian environment for Families to purposefully reshape thier lives.

Andy.. not really. Several people one step at a time…
Chris… I can do a road trip this summer… send me an invite… heck send the whole fabnet an invite. What a great place to hold the first annual Fabnet meeting after working all day …

Andy, think of it as 12 really small remodels. The main roof and initial cleanup are the two big front end challenges .

Chris, that one building with the white, shingle type siding looks like asbestos to me.

Thanks for mentioning that.  I will have to take a closer look.

Never thought of asbestos on siding.
