On City water/Sewer but has it’s own deep well/septic tank. If we could get off the City water we could save $500/month.

Andy, think of it as 12 really small remodels. The main roof and initial cleanup are the two big front end challenges .

Chris, that one building with the white, shingle type siding looks like asbestos to me.
Thanks for mentioning that. I will have to take a closer look.
Never thought of asbestos on siding.
