David, there is lots of stuff at this auction that we could use, but it is out of reach.

wow, looks like some nice stuff there. That auction is at the military bases there in Anch. They must be closing some housing up as they down size a tad. Lots of great organizations there in Anch. I could see a hotel owner snapping up items like that.
