Every now and then I have flashbacks. This one is of Mike Duggan and I at the first solid surface show at Circus Circus. We were standing in the ISSFA welcome booth in the lobby outside the exhibit area. He had just asked me to do some task or another, and I said I would. Then I kinda stayed around for a few moments, ya know — just hanging around. He looked at me with those intense eyes and yelled, “Well, get the **** going!”
I’ll probably never forget that moment.
Well, we’re getting the ball rolling on a plan for promoting solid surface and in conjunction with that I would be very interested in your ideas of what the most imporant priorities might be. Where do we have the greatest needs?
the first one i went to was at the mgm grand if im not mistaken it was 2000 or 2001 fond memories of the shows
