Hi-Macs has 3/8″ and 1/4″ Avonite has 1/4″ in 8 colors panel sizes 96″ x (60″/48″/36″)

My Corian distrubutor does not list 36″ panels as available.

John, ask for them.
Corian manufactures the 36″ wide sheet at their plant in Japan, and they do import the 36″ wide product to the US for sale.

Our distributor lists them but I think there is a note that the lead time is extended. Maybe 4-6 weeks or something like that.
We (Diamond Surfaces) stock 1/4″x30x96 material in 32 colors. Send me an email and I will get you pricing and a list of the colors- sales@diamondsurfaces.com.

Heres the 1/4 inch skinny from an old grouchy consultant. I verified this info in websites and by phone calls before posting, but call your sales rep to make sure nothing has changed.
I didnt mention Corian or LG since they were already mentioned.
1.) Staron makes a 1/4 inch 30 x 98 inch sheet. Call em up.
2.) Formica sells 1/4 inch thick too. They say in the brochure they make 30 x 98 sheets, but having set up that factory in the past I made some 36 inch wide in longer lengths too back in 2004-07. You have call them up and see what they currently offer. I just got off the horn with the factory VP, and he assures me they still make 1/4 inch and claims they make it 36 inch wide.
3.) Avonite….yes indeed! The nice thing about the Avonite is that the acrylic material is made by Aristech. They have a 15 foot wide line in FLorence KY and I think they still may manufacture a stock size 60″ x 72 ” sheet in 1/4 inch for the Foundations series which is great for shower walls, especially tub surrounds. (at least they did in the past). Call em up!
4.) There are tons of manufacturers making 1/4 inch material in China (acrylic and poly blend). I am currently kicking it here in China, but I am not confident enough about the quality in good conscience to offer up any other names at this point in time.
Avnoite has made 1/4″ material 60 X 122 for a project here in Arizona. They have the capability to make sheets 108 wide ( but can’t sand or ship it) by any length, since its a continuous cast process. They typically only make them 60 wide and 72 long, but, with volume can make longer sheets.
By the way the project was a hospital, they lined the walls of the operating rooms with Solid Surface. Having the sheets 60 X room height saved $ by lowering installation costs (much less seaming) and, made for a better installation.
