1. Must include contact information.
2. Must include expiration date. Deals and Discounts can not run longer than 30 days but can be less.
3. Must include expiration date of sale.
4. Does not have to be a sale for FabNet members only.

Rules for FabNet member discounts:

1. Must include contact information.
2. Must be a discount specific to FabNet members.
3. Must honor the discount when FabNet member mentions discount at time of purchase.
4. No Expiration date required.
