We use 1″ on just about all inside radius corners.

Just like Shane 1″ unless they want bigger.

A while ago I decided to do a 1 1/2″ inside radius because we were doing a lot of darker colors and this made it a lot easier to finish the corners. When they were smaller the finishers had a hard time getting them to the same finish as the rest of the job.

    John,

Your finishers should be using my radius sanding pad to finish there inside corners, I guarantee they will like or I will buy it back. No problem with matching finish, because they would be using the same grit as on the edge with a sander and not by hand.

With the smaller radius it just made finishing a little harder especially those jobs that were darker colors with more intricate profiles, so to save time we made the radii larger.

1-1/2″ here ,..for the same reason Jcristina is using it
