Classic. We planned a vacation one time and a few hours before we were about to leave, our main installer says he got another job down the street at a competitor. He said he would stay if he got a raise.

If not for the planned vacation, I would have fired him.

In the coming months, I looked back and we should have fired him because he was useless after the raise.
