DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 60% –
Supervision of Fabrication facility daily activities
- Production
and Installation
- Schedule
review - Recut
and Return trip tracking review
- Project
Management- Resolution
of process, material, or quote/order questions
- Associate
morale and job satisfaction level- Quality
control coordination and review- Process
review for procedures, efficiencies and improvement- 10% –
Inventory management oversight- Raw
material processes and completion – ordering, receiving, quality of
materials and entering of information into computer system - Maintenance
of inventory values/cost along with reconciliation with accounting - Verification
of quantity receipt matching and invoices - Vouchering
of material invoices

Facility management of building and equipment- Ensure
maintenance of property and appearance to company standards - Review
of equipment performance and ware
- Ensure
proper use of equipment for asset utilization efficiency and safety - Review
of equipment performance and recommendations for replacement and/or
additions using the capital budgeting process
- Ensure
site is maintained in safe, operating condition meeting OSHA requirements
and company standards- Overview
of safety meetings to ensure associate awareness - Safety
expectations - Compliance
with company policies and Value Safety

Compile Manufacturing reporting as outlined in relation to division goals
and budgets- Weekly
compile Production, Opportunity, and Measure reports - Monthly
- Implement
training opportunities and procedures - Review
of Recut & Return tracking to minimize type of work and evaluate
trends
- Quarterly
update and analyze Business Plan according to the division calendar- Annually
prepare facility Budget and Business Plan according to the division
calendar

expansion efforts- Participation
in bi-weekly management meetings with company management team. - Participate
in monthly meetings with company sales staff to train and discuss
products, procedures and challenges. - Perform
other duties to support the corporate goals and mission (e.g. Process
Mapping, Innovative/HD SOP, etc.) - Establish
and maintain organizational attitude in reference to quality, customers,
and communication - Analysis
of market areas and possible improvement methods
- 5% –
Provide leadership through personal example as well as mentoring,
coaching, counseling, goal setting, and providing direction to all direct
reports with appropriate levels of motivation and associate satisfaction.- 5% –
Performing personnel functions including hiring, transfers, terminations,
performance appraisals and associate development. - 60% –
