    Well I am glad to say my new machine is up and running. It turns out that the wire from the driver to the motor was bad. AXYZ is sending a guy to fish the new wire through. I didnt even bring it up but AXYZ told me to run the machine and write down any questions and once the tech was done with the wire he would return the next day to answer any questions and do some training. I must say that I am impressed with AXYZ customer service. A bad situation could have gotten worse but they are taking the time to make the best of it.

    Glad to hear your machine is up and that it was something as simple as a bad wire.

    This kind of support from AXYZ is one of the reasons I chose them for my new machine.

    Apparently AXYZ continues to have great service. Good thing cause every CNC will go down everntually.
