    I have been critical of my CNC manufacturer in the past on multiple forums. Well now it is time to publically thank Multicam CNC for there support.

    The other day I had a problem with the controller. They were booked out for 10 days but they still came over to help me out. The problem was tricky but the stuck with it and got it solved. They even loaned me a cord off their display model so I could get mine back online.

    So this time it wasn’t operator error?

    No, it was operator dropping material on the cord error. The wire got cut just enough to cause problems. It would work 90% of the time.

    Sounds like that could have been a tough one to diagnose, or did you guys know to look there.

    I know now and will surely look there the next time. Sometimes you don’t look to the easy stuff first.
