We are currently accepting applications for a Production Manager.
Responsible for the supervision of 8-10 employees in our fabrication division. This position needs an experienced manager, someone who knows how to organize, direct and motivate a team of fabricators. The management position will assist with scheduling, reporting and management duties.

 

– Responsible for the overall supervision of countertop division
– Assuring smooth and accurate workflow by managing schedules

– Assuring strict quality control procedures and ensuring proper techniques of natural stone    countertop fabrication.

– Assist when needed in fabrication of countertops to ensure all scheduled jobs are completed by deadline

– Coordinate and schedule with installers times and dates of installs

– Oversees a team of 8-10 
– Must be able to provide leadership and organizational direction
– Must be highly involved in the production process
– Must be knowledgeable of processes of manufacturing all types of countertop products including granite, marble, and quartz

– Must be able to repair surface scratches on materials
– Solves countertop problems based on the layouts
– Monitor countertop production efficiencies and adjust as necessary
– Assures inventory control. Properly cares for and protects inventory
– Monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments and assuring proper paperwork is complete
– Assist with scheduling and communication for delivery of finished goods.
– Ability to hit time schedules for entire shop daily
– Must be able to operate or have basic knowledge of all equipment within countertop division
– Meets with higher Management to develop strategy and direction of the division
– Communicates with production and office on how jobs and scheduling are going
– Complies with all safety regulations within the shop area and installation
– Conduct regular inspections and maintenance/repairs
– Maintains and promotes a safe working environment
– Promotes team building concept by always leading by example

 

Position is full time with working hours from 8:30am-5:30pm.
