This is a bit of a re-post from another thread, but I’m hoping for some specific answers and ideas. The “Find a Store” search on the Corian website:

    http://www2.dupont.com/Surfaces/en_US/where_to_buy/store_locator.html

…doesn’t necessarily find all Authorized Fabricators! For instance, Andy’s shop comes up (when I search his ZIP code), but Al’s doesn’t! Whether or not you appear on the Corian website probably has more to do with your gross sales than whether you are Authorized. The ISSFA website search facility wasn’t much help, either.

Is there a better vehicle or search engine for finding Authorized Fabricators than just sitting down with the Yellow Pages, calling every “Countertop” listing and asking if they are a Corian-Authorized Fabricator?

If not, is there a specific piece of paper that I should ask for if the fabricator says that he IS an Authorized Fabricator?

Will DuPont/Corian confirm authorization if I call them?

Are “Authorization” and “Certification” separate things?

    Thanks,

    gb

Corian website is the place to go to find your authorized fabricator and dealers. That does not mean that the dealers are going to be fabricators.
