OK, let’s say I decide to start a stone shop like Mory, how big a space would you suggest for a beginning fabrication shop? I would like to produce about 2-3 kitchens a week in granite and quartz.

If I am crazy, please let me know.

I cannot tell you how big of shop you need, but I might suggest that your goal of 2 to 3 kitchens a week is very conservative. The market for engineered stone is huge. It is a market that is just driving itself. No matter what people say, stone is big, and a product such as engineered stone with fewer problems, is a win, win.
