Have you ever installed a sub-mount sink and have it to come loose? Then try our “Gravity Sink”.

Craftstone® Products is the home of the “Gravity Sink”, a full line of stainless steel sinks sub-mount sinks, and ceramic vanity sinks. DXF files are available for all our sinks.

Enjoy the beauty of our new “Gravity Sink”. This sink gives you the elegant look of an under-mount sink with the stability of a top-mount sink w/out the undesirable caulk around the lip to clean. These sinks fit into a 30″ sink cabinet without modifying the cabinet.

Put gravity on your side. After a few years, standard under-mount sinks sometimes pull free from the countertop, because the installer has difficulty getting the clips on the correctly in tight spaces. The “Gravity Sink” fits into a groove in the countertop allowing gravity to hold the sink in to place. That means gravity helps hold the sink in place, setting the sink in two part epoxy instead of silicone.

We have used this sink at our countertop company, Webco, Inc, for a couple of years. We haven’t had any call backs in those two years. If you’ve had even one callback because the installer couldn’t get the sink clips on correctly and the sink has slipped down slightly you understand how this installation may be of benefit. This is especially true when installing in a small cabinet such as a 30″ sink base cabinet.

Thank all of you for visiting this post and our website, your opinion is important to us. Please visit with us at KBIS if you are attending the show.

Looks like a “flush mount sink” to me.

Wow… that looks just like a undermount LG sink I placed in a countertop once. I think the sink retailed for $125 but I got it free with their promotion.

Nice play on words though…. I’ll still call it an undermount, dropped into a groove.

    Looks great though!! Good Luck!

Do you all sell the template to cut out the recess? It was a PITA for me to make my template! (PITA= Pain in the ass)

We sell a template to use with solid surface. We also sell the bits for CNC’s, sector machines and routers and yes all of our sinks have DXF files on our website. Pricing on our website is MSRP and your pricing is according to quantities ordered. The sink has stiffeners between the bowls, so that it isn’t floppy. The sinks were originally called short-lipped sinks because the lip in only 1/2″ wide. The tooling creates a 1/4″ ledge for the sink to set on when installed, and a 15 degree angle pitched toward the sink.

We use a knife grade epoxy to install the sink in quartz and granite giving the sink a water tight seal. This also lets the plumber plumb the sink in just a couple of hours.

It really gives an attractive look when installed.

Another great feature is it can be used in a 30″ sink base.

Our owner also owns a counter top company so these sinks were designed with the fabricator in mind.
