We import our templates into Autocad 06′ from our Lt-55, I have created a .dwt (template file) to bring the drawings into, the problem I am having is: the font I use in Autocad becomes distorted when the .dwg is imported into AlphaCam. I’ve tried several different font types and none that I’ve tried has worked, I have also tried to convert the text into blocks, but that didn’t work. I’m not sure if it is a font, scale, or some other issue.

If the LT-55 creates a DXF file, why don’t you just inport that file into AutoCAD? Wouldn’t that solve your problems because DXF is just a set of cordinates. It doesn’t read font styles like Microsoft word of similiar program
