    Shane,

I seamed up and cut the tops to shape, rabbeted (sp) a 1/16 X 1/2 inch edge on the bottom side, then used that edge in conjunction with a few glue blocks to set the shape of the heated peices. I probably went this way because the Gibralatr rep who did my training showed me the drop edges. I will probably do stacked edges in the future though as I really like the feel of the larger edge.

The really, really fun part was getting 4 feet of inch or so material into a 30inch residential oven in one piece. It can be done.

    Thanks for all the input,

    chris

Still no lights but the sun came out today and you can see the new coffee shop. Also, one very cool thing they have in the “Martini/Piano” bar upstairs is a baby grand that plays from a cd or manually. Maybe I am getting old but the first thing I did the last two days when I got there was to fire up the piano instead of plugging in the radio.?
