Bill Wolle
is a consultant and trainer with over 30 years experience in the solid surface industry and over 10 years working with quartz surfacing. I have over 16 years experience as a recognized instructor, presenter, technical resource and developer of training programs as well as an 8 year foundation of productivity controls and improvements. I have 14 years experience working with customer service and warranty coordination. During that time, I not only handled the local warranty process, I developed and taught seminars dealing with “grievance handling, communication styles, and customer service”. I have been involved with new employee orientation and training and developed and implemented an operations manual for fabrication specialists.

 

All of the training programs I deliver can include sections dealing with motivation and success, safety, customer service, product knowledge, productivity, quality control, the 5 S’s and warranty obligations. Many of my training programs have been described by participants as both the most technically informative and yet down to earth and motivational they have ever attended.

 

I am dedicated to providing quality improvements and profitability improvements to the surfacing industry.  I strive to improve the financial stability of surfacing production facilities by identifying and assisting with the implementation of process improvements that will increase the profitability of you, my clients.  My advice will be timely, professional, of high quality, and designed to pay for itself.
