We supplied a 55 inch by 110inch Glacier White  coffee table 5weeks ago.
Solid 1 inch MR MDF sub frame, studio called today to say it is curling up from the centre at least half an inch.
Any idea of cause or suggestion for cure would be welcome.
Or should we remake with a different subframe.

    Jeff:

The size of this table seems to lend it perfectly for serving a buffet line complete with chafing pans.  I doubt that the customers would admit to that however once they were tipped off that heat may be an issue.

Is the material curling or the wood which it is attached? Do you have a picture?

What is it being used for? Do you have any photos, before and after, top and under side?

When ever I hear stuff like this and the customer says they did not do any thing, I have to wonder. If this table was in a perfecty sealed room all by it self would it ever have any issues? So what changed? The room temp, moisture, heat, cold, added stress of some kind? Did any other sheets from this die lot have the same issues ? Some thing caused this, it did not just happen.

We have at time learned alot by watching the product while it was being used by the customer.
