We are needing some advice on Chiseled edge details in quartz.  We just bought a ‘PitBull BigDog’ chiseler from GranQuartz.  It came with a few different breakers.  We are needing to do a 3″ inside radius corner.  On samples, the jaws just blow the corners into pieces.  Straight edges look good but the spring loaded leveler ball leaves a mark after it pops.  Any suggestions on different approaches?

Wow. I have never seen it done on a radius corner. Let us know how it works our. Post a picture if possible.

Have your granquartz rep give you the name of somebody to call in a shop that is currently using that setup.  Thier experience will probably be mostly stone, but should translate.
