Local Y-club high school kids hosted some of our kids at the local Universities Botanical Gardens. Probably 13 kids attended, maybe 8 or so in care, and the rest natural born youngins’.

$100 to anyone that can tell me which kids are which. That is the point. 8-)

I don’t know about care, but the one in the bottom photo, second from right needs an award of some kind.

    He gets his rewards

The kid on the far left in the bottom photo is his

The kid on the far right runs up to him and jumps on him and says “Mr. Chris!!, I missed you”

The kid second from the right gets his rewards.

    Also

Second Pic, sitting down all the way to the left. She calls once a week or so and says ” Mr. Chris, we had mac and chees for dinner tonight!!!!” She lived with us for a month until a home could be located that could take her and her 3 sisters.

Funny thing. When the phone rings, or vibrates, regardless of the context or circunstances, when that number pops up, it gets answered to talk about mac and cheese.

    Strange how it works out.
Those calls have no calories, yet they still fill you up.

I’m going to guess the kid in the red or white shirt. Am I close?

The boy in the red/white horizontal striped shirt is my 6 year old in bad need of a haircut
