I think I have a full sheet left over from a project that we would be willing to part with.

templast is different than something like a honeycomb. there are a few companies that manufacture the stuff using different plastics and other materials and colors. I have used some that was clear for doing backlight work.

    Tom,
Unfortunately we have been doing some solid surface edging on laminate tops and found that 2P10 gel that comes in a caulk gun tube works well. Holds good, has about a minute of work time. Not cheap but does the job.

cut it off like Mr. Turner said. Set the top of the blade even with the top of the sink flange this way both are reusable if need be. most likely if you need the sink again you will have to route a good level surface back onto the flange but its not a big issue. make sure to set the RPMs on the router as low as possible. Should be able to remove the sink in a couple minutes.

corian with routed painted letters, easier and cheaper. I have some that have been outside for quite a while and still look good.

    tom,
in the past I have used the king colorcore by kingsplastics. there a quite a few color combos now but not cheap. holds up very well outside.

nope not a storage problem, these are brand new and sit for only a couple days.

Ray, 95% of the glue we use already comes from you. I occasionally buy some corian adhesive. Chad explained the drying out when he made an appearance here a couple weeks ago. When are you coming by?
