They are a nationwide supplier to the fiberglass and composites industry. They sell everything to manufacture FRP. If you get lucky and find someone willing to do some digging, I’m sure they can find something to suit you.
Good company, we do a lot of business with them thru our cultured marble operation.
Matt
Andy,
We were working on a project years back where I had contacted a company called Nida Core that made what you are looking for. Project died, but they sent me a bunch of stuff.
Google search says 3M bought them out.
Not much of a lead, but may be worth pursuing.
Matt
Thanks to Chris for helping me move this material. To a good home.

On the other hand, he could always run for mayor of New York City…
He should re-enroll under the pseudonym Carlos Danger I guess.
FL Granite,
$450 set is gone.
Ugraded toolbox set still for sale.
Bump.
I’d really like to get rid of this stuff.
Andy,
Andy,
That corrugated material should be available in multiple thicknesses. We make digital templates exclusively for our kitchen dept and have for some time, but we still buy some of the 4mm corrugated plastic in 4′ x 8′ sheets for our cultured marble dept. Even if we make a digital template for that dept, I’ll cut them a physical template.
We buy it from a sign supply company. I’d check with them. Same guys that sell acrylic sheeting and the like. I’ve seen some of the stuff that is like 5/8″ or 3/4″ thick, they can probably get it for you.
Matt
What Andy said.
We have used 1/16″ spirals as well. A 1/32″ radius is plenty square for most applications that we’ve done.
Matt
Tom,
We have a local distributor that stocks them.
Matt
Tom,
We have bought dozens and dozens of Reltons over the years in our cultured marble shop. Sturdy, replaceable pilot bits and if they get really, really nasty they are carbide tipped and our saw blade guy sharpens them for a couple bucks. But they will cut hundreds of holes before you even notice that they are dulling.
Matt
When we fab vanities, they are cut on the CNC.
We NEVER cut kitchen faucet holes in the shop. Always in the field and use a carbide tipped Relton hole saw.
I’m with Andy, I love reading these.
Kelsey,
We buy some of those LG NC colors by the pallet and stock em, but it sounds like I would have lost out to the $2300 bid too.
Don’t apologize for not racing to the bottom.
