not that I really have a say, just the one willing to put this forward. The idea of nomination only came from your descriptions of the other BOD being stagnant, accepting only nominations from active members is just a way of weeding out the guys that just want the position so they can benifit from it. I think Tom and I agree that it should be a bit of a burden to be a director.

Dude, I have been listening and reading your ideas for months. This thing will have Andy written all over it if I have any say in it.
