One more question, Right now were using low density MDF, What type of Density is the best to use, low, medium, High?

Thank you. No double sided adhesive tape at all.  How deep should I make the grooves for the diagonal pattern and how far should I space them out.

I’ve been going trough the forums and i cant find anything to get me in the right direction. If you happen to come across it, would you mind sending it my way. If anybody has a tech that they use for their machinery please let me know, in the san diego area. Thanks
