You can use fiberglass or even steel doors if you does not like wooden doors. Mostly used as Fiberglass Entry Doors Toronto, these doors prove to be the best choice for installation as well as replacement purpose to keep safe from sunlight and also bad or harsh weather conditions.

Gordon, please read the JOEST thread by robseke. You don’t need an 8H pattern. The abrasive has tiny holes all over it and i will send you a sample on Monday morning.

Ah Oh…an isolationist. Tom, I’ll rent a meeting room, have it catered with finger food etc… Whatever you guys want. I just have this funny feeling that I’ll be 24/7 show being an exhibitor but I’m makin time.

Just called the hotel. They show 2 meeting rooms on site. Hold up to 40 people. Real nice lady said I would need to call the sales staff on Monday and I will. Let me get the ball rollin on this.

John, with all due respect, I don’t think the problem was the GEM as much as the paper. We have sold a 1000 + GEM sanders over the years and I have NEVER had a request from a customer to return one. NEVER. As a matter of fact, I have never even done a warranty on one. When used correctly and with 3M Micron abrasive, the finish is second to none. All of my solid surface tops in my home were finished with a GEM and they are perfect. Part of the problem may have been your supplier never having used a GEM. All of our sales staff were once fabricators. They sell what they’ve used and know how to use it.

    Regards, Dave
