All, I was at the local Depot today and they were pushing granite big time. Big chunks of granite on display tables, and a continuous loop video on granite. I watched the video just to see what they were saying. When it got to the part about sealing, it said “although granite is inherently stain reistant, sealing will give you added layer of protection”.

I would think that would be dangerous for a big box store, considering they are liable for that claim!
Yikes…what are they thinking?
