Just got a Festool blade back from a major sharpening service… OMG… it’s bad.

My place I had used for years closed its doors after 30 yrs…  now I am searching for someone, somewhere that can do a metric blade.

Any advice will be appreciated!

We had the same issue. Our blades were coming back sharp and then all of a sudden they were worse than when they left.

Are you willing to send them out?

What grit is the final polish ?

Of course I can UPS them anywhere. 

I’m not sure what they did to them… I just got back 2Amana SS blades, they suck too. They changed the hook from neg to pos. ruined. 

I’m not sure what final grind is. Suppose to be 600 on our blades? Correct?
