MemberTom, on your solid surface fact sheet it says “finer things about you choices” in the first paragraph
It should say “your”
Sorry, that kind of stuff just jumps out at me, always has.

MemberI have to tell you Norm, it took me about thirty seconds to realize what the h*ll you were talking about. Then I checked and noticed Andy put the files up. If I were drinking something I would have lost it through my nose. Thanks for the correction. I’ll
probably neverchange it right away.I realized that I wanted to give customers more than just the agreement plus required documents (right of cancellation, etc), but they also deserved information that is my responsibility to provide. I give them the stuff that we might forget to tell them, or they might forget they heard. The amount of info we give customers is staggering. After spending a good hour going through their options and arriving at a conclusion, we must now give them the unique information about the product chosen. No way can a person be expected to retain or comprehend all this info.
So these documents help them, and in doing so, helped us. We have never (knock wood) had an “I wasn’t told this…” problem with any info on these sheets. Never. On our agreement, we have them acknowledge receiving and understanding these documents. Besides, it’s the right thing to do.

MemberI got my English screwed up at a typical liberal arts stat university. I mean Typical. Liberal, Arts.I had an English Teacher, Freshman year, who bragged about never allowing a student to fail, who might get drafted to Vietnam.
Bastard gave me a D-. Guess he didn’t like my interperatation of Shakespeare. That, or my view of teachers that screw troops in the field by subverting their reinforcement.
Sorry for the rant, Andy and Mory.
