Yes Chris but they’re 10 acre lots. So 67.5 per lot is reasonable. At least as it relates to Florida property. Maybe I read that wrong but anyway, with the race track, it’s perfect for Steve of Monument. Vrooom ….Vroooooom…

You hit the nail on the head with “Forida Property”. Around here land runs from $1500 per in a swamp to 10,000 per premium. Acre lots in “nice” neighborhoods around 30k. It’s all relative I guess.
The entire development will almost have to be self sustaining as the nearest town is 5/10 miles away and maybe 15k people. Not alot of amenities for folks popping into town on thier G3. Sounds like self sufficency (sp) is the plan though. Reminds me of the resorts in Jamaica.

Im looking at an acre lot, about 40 miles from Phoenix, cost is about $150,000.. its all relative isn’t it.
Chris, I’m sure it and developements like it in your area will be a hit. The van line companies reported that last year was the 1st time who knows how long that more transfers were done out of Florida, than in.
Just got back from a few days in Tucson and Pinetop. Beautiful areas. Wondering why there is anyone left in California. Man I love looking at the Catalina’s. around sunset.
