For years we sold many tops out of Radianz… the quality and service was always there. Then when Rugby, out of Indy, let it go, it has gone through a few distributors. Now the current one, stocks very few colors, but will ship out of their Chicago warehouse. Problem is, it now takes 3-5 weeks to get material, and as one knows, is a deal breaker in this business.
My fabricator has asked me not to sell any Samsung  product due to availabiltiy issues. I keep getting emails about how great their service is, just wondering if the peeps knows what is reality in the field.
Maybe after reading this they will know…

KC,  I have a good relationship with a Samsung rep,  even though I dont do quartz I could have him take a look at  this thread.  Maybe he’ll be able to shed some light on “radianz”

It is difficult when the distributor only sells a few colors. Makes things confusing.

We haven’t had a Radianz dealer in CT for a long time now.

Tom: haven’t you received the emails too about how wonderful their distribution network is?
