We have a problem on our router today. It is giving us a text Window’s box informing us it is shutting down en-route 4 because it is missing the security key. I checked, the USB fob is in place and lit. We tried moving to another USB port. We reset and powered off and on the computer and the router and nothing has allowed us to restart the machine.
Any ideas?

Have you tried restoring windows to an earlier date? That may fix the problem.

If it doesn’t work you can eliminate a software change. It is probably the USB Fob.

Try sticking the FOB into another machine and see if the computer recognizes it.

We tried that. Windows 7 wouldnt allow the roll back, may be due to yesterdays Windows update. The USB key is seen on other computers so we know that is good.

Did you save an image of your computer after setup. That would restore it back to its original state.

What if you install the enroute software on a different computer.
