There are several good places on the web to hear the Kitchen Design Community think out loud. Just as FabNet represents the evolving ideas of the Solid Surface industry, here is one place that. I think, does a good job of showing us what Kitchen Designers like. You may find an awful lot of similar ideas and feelings about the industry.

Registration is easy, and it has a similar layout to FabNet, with a bit more splash.

    They’s good people there.

Andy, This would be a great place to send a copy of the letter you sent to consumer reports or that piece Al wrote about stone vs ss…

KitchenBathPros.com knows that there are lots of you out there who have expertise in areas which are of interest to our members.

Or, do you have a strong opinion on an aspect of our business which you would like to express?

Write an article for publication on KBP. You may be eligible for NKBA CEU credits, you can tell your clients that you’ve been published, and you will give others new insight.

Original thinking and alternative points of view are encouraged on KBP. All submissions are subject to acceptance and editing by KBP.

To send in a submission, just send a document attachment to submissions@kitchenbathpros.com.

Publish your theory, your experience, or what works for you in one particular area – we will all benefit from a new point of view.

    KC,
That is a great idea. There are designers who like solid surface there. Not as many as granite, mind you…
They had a thread about Sales Tax and Home Depot/ Lowe’s, etc. They are as confused on that as I am. I still can’t figure it out.

What confuses you about sales tax?

The fact that in my state, they don’t charge or pay any.

    Can’t figure it out.
