Jon Olson won “Fabricator of the Year”
Congratulations. That guy deserved every bit of it. Kurt Bonk probably came in second but there was no prize for second. Anyway, great job Jon.
I second that.
I can’t think of anyone who better embodies the hope for the future like Jon.
By the way, in case some of you don’t know, Andy had it last year.
Congrats to you, Jon, and to Kurt, who was nominated as well. That’s a big field to be selected from,guys, and you both are deserving.

Well done Jon. If for no other reason you deserve it for the way you have brought on all the apprentices at Sterling. They are the future and you are the midwife!…
The thing about Jon, was even after he was awarded the honour, he didn’t slow down. I watched him work on a room full of designers during a kitchen trend seminar. The guy doesn’t let an opportunity go buy to help out the trade. He knew more about some of the pictures the seminar teacher was showing than the teacher did.
Way to go Mr. Olson.
Jon, congrats on the award, you deserve it. I wish I would have run into you at the show this year, maybe next time.

Hello everyone. If I keep reading all of these post I, am going to need a bigger hat size! It truly was a honor and very humbling to receive the award. To be recognized by your peers is unbelievable. As they say you get what you put in so its been a good ride. Thank you very much.
But having said that the run is not over. We have allot to do. We need to save the show and we need to stay united. I have some thoughts but this isn’t the place . Stay tuned.
