That is a pretty bad site, says you can not roll dough on solid surface. Says you can cut on a wood top, but not on solid surface, why not? Wouldn’t both be scratched or cut? Wood should cut deeper.

Notice under solid surface in the video, they are talking about synthetic marble. Not a clue, these folks.

We need to contact these guys and straighten them out. Lets get Dave’s site up and running first.

I’m already trying to put together an e-mail to them. They also say in the one video that you can place hot pots directly on Granite, WRONG!!
