Anyone know a good distrubutor of glass vessel sinks, ya know the ones that sit on top of the countertop. I have a customer that wants Avonite’s Goldmine with a glass vessel sink in a bathroom.

    Norm,

We have done a few but what I liked is that they were thicker than most other sinks. The ones that are the same thickness are usually more money. Plus the coloring is in the middle of the glass so it cant be scratched off or worn off over time. I met them at the international builders show a couple years back and really liked their product.

Thanks Chris, I have been there before looking at tile, I never noticed sinks there, but then again I wasn’t looking for them, I’ll check it out.

Anyone know who makes a “undermount” hammered copper” bar sink? I have found a few drop ins, but need undermount. Attaching to a hammered copper countertop… These designers…. ugghh

    KC,

We are doing a display top with an Elkay SCF16FBSH.

It is from their Elkay Specialty collection and is hand hammered stainless undermount.

Looks like the BCH model is a copper hand hammered.

    Will this work?

    KC,

I bought one from a company called Rachiele (I believe that is their spelling)the link is below. They hand make all their sinks, tend to be a bit more expensive but the designers love the look and heck they are paying anyway. If you dont see the one you need they will custom make it. But there are a bunch of them coming out of Mexico now that are nice and quite a bit less money.
