Anyone know of a trim bit with the bearing on the bottom that cuts perfectly flat leaving no material.

The bits we get always leave a little material that is supposed to be trimmed.
We end up having to sand or plane the surface, typically an edge, to make it flat.

Switch to insert tooling it is the only to go If cutter isn’t flush you can shim the back edge of the cutter with a small strip of paper.

I use the Amana RC-1004 it has 1 1/8″ cutter

That is awesome. We have an insert tooling, I will try the paper shim idea.

Thanks for the help, great tip.
