This problem has come up twice and I just wanted everyone to know.

If you ever try loggin on and for some reason your name doesn’t show up in the upper right corner, try deleting your cookies in your Internet Explorer. This procedure has fixed the problem in both cases and hsould work for you. Not sure why it does this.
