Does anyone know of scaled down concrete pumper/dispenser for in the shop. We are looking for a way to dispense our countertop mix into our forms.

    Thanks

Zach, this looks like it would work.

Hey Zach, I’m really sorry. I’ve been out of the loop for a while. I just now saw this. Did you find a dispenser?

Most people use a small concrete mixer such as the ones in this article: http://www.concretecountertopinstitute.com/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=47.

Concrete pumps are generally used for shotcrete. There are sprayers used for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, but the concrete is still mixed in a mixer (a different type – high shear mixer).

    Hope this helps,
    Lane

To get the consistent quality of cement concrete all the ingredients like cement, sand, metal, water and additive chemicals are measured and mixed per batch.
