Very nice. Do you always make the material 1″ thick on a tub deck?

Hey Karl. Its amazing what a little make up can do.

Andy we don’t normally use a full 1 inch. On this deck we decided to go ahead mainly because we where under mounting a top mount tub. The rim of the tub was very thin. Also because we did a total nest of the material it didn’t require using any more material.

On another note are installer Chris is not wiping the silicone bead. He is cleaning the residue off the tub. As Dani will tell you never wipe your silicone bead after you apply it.
