MemberMory,
I can’t give you a direct answer, but I could let one of the sales people know about the job in the AM (10:30 here now). Is it residential or commercial?
Thanks,

MemberSeth,
It’s a large bathroom remodel including wet walls. Also, we you able to get to the auto-cad files I sent?

MemberSounds great Mory. I will contact the appropriate people in the morning and have them contact you. Would you like them to email you or call you directly? If you have a personal line, you can send the # to my email. The rest, I can get from your website.
I was able to access the Wilsonart website and downloaded a few files – thanks. From what I gather from the dxf’s, the lines represent the flanges and the actual bowl sizes. Normally, with solid surface sinks I would offset the bowl lines 1/8″ to the inside to determine the cutout and confirm the cutout with the actual sink for the first time I was using that particular sink model. I just want to make sure that if I upload these files to the FabNet server that users aren’t going to take the inside lines as being the cutout.
Have a nice evening,

KeymasterJust upload them exactly the way they come from the manufacturer. Let each member decide how they want to alter the file to fit their process. Most CAD guys I know check the measurements with their sinks, change the file to accomodate, then save the file on their computer.
Plus it keeps the library clean with only original files.
What do you think about creating a page to file altered files. The could be uploaded and put in alphabetical order. That way it will give them the option. We could put a not on each file signifying the file had been alteredWhat do you think of this idea?

MemberStrat simple at first and see where it goes. If you add back files that have been adjusted, your exposure to liability may come into play more.Tom
