In the early days of solid surface warranty work, we were asked to be the repair company for our area. I stopped doing the “Courtesy resand” as it was called when I recognized a kitchen who’s bid I lost because of price. I asked never to be called again for a courtesy resand.
I did the work, of course, but that was the last one.
